The social hub of Lattitude's community is the clubhouse, a state-of-the-art resort-style facility, which will be built in two stages.
The Clubhouse will offer residents such facilities as a relaxed café/lounge area, sports bar, cinema, library/computer room, indoor/outdoor lap pool, gymnasium, practice bowling green, function room, arts and crafts room and residents workshop. A dedicated parking area will be available for residents who own boats or caravans.
Beautifully landscaped gardens will feature throughout the village creating the perfect place to sit and relax or enjoy the company of friends and family.
