Lattitude will consist of 194 architect-designed, mainly free-standing, double-brick homes on a spacious eight hectare landscaped site. With nine different home designs and a variety of materials, interior designs and front elevations to choose from, the village will have a varied streetscape with the look and feel of a regular modern suburb.
